Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site’s contact form, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it. It is governed by Law No. 29733, Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.
1. Who handles your data
Devkora Consulting, with a remote team in Lima, Peru, receives enquiries through this site. For anything related to your personal data, you can write to contacto@devkora.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into the form: full name, email address, company or legal name (optional), and your message. We also record the IP address the submission comes from, solely to detect and block automated submissions. This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
3. What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and follow up on a commercial proposal. We do not use it for advertising, we do not share or sell it to third parties, and we make no automated decisions with it.
4. Our legal basis
Your free, prior, express and unambiguous consent, given when you tick the acceptance box before submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Providers and cross-border transfer
Two providers located in the United States make the form work: Cloudflare, Inc., which verifies the submission does not come from a bot and processes the request, and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which delivers the message to our inbox. This involves a cross-border transfer of personal data, which you accept when you submit the form. Both act as data processors and handle the data only to provide us that service.
6. How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox for as long as the commercial relationship or interest in it lasts, and are deleted when you ask us to. The submission counter tied to your IP address is erased automatically after 24 hours; that IP also appears in the message we receive, and is kept for as long as we keep that message.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to contacto@devkora.com from the address you contacted us with. We will respond within the deadlines set by law. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may file a complaint with Peru’s National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this same page and update the date in the header.
